Rental units are set-aside for individuals who make less than
60% of the median income for Duval County. For instance, if you
are a family of 3 and you make less than $34,500.00 per year you
may qualify. Income listed on your application must be verifiable.
Only 2 occupants per bedroom are allowed.
You must also have:
- reasonably good credit rating
- a positive rental history (if applicable)
- a clean criminal records check
